because i just realized TODAY that i don't even have a baby book for layla, i'm using my blog as a calendar so that i don't forget important milestone. how lame. sorry layla, really i love you to pieces. even if i did have a baby book , i'm not so sure when i'd find the time to fill it out. all in time baby, i promise!
anyway, layla rolled over from her back to her tummy on sunday august 10th. she was exactly four months old :)

Also! I don't have a baby book either. I just remembered this. See! It's so inconsequential that I don't even remember it! I will jokingly give my mother a hard time about it occasionally, but I know she was busy by the time she came around to giving me life. And, by the way, that's a much better gift than a baby book. If Layla is the kind of person I imagine she will grow up to be, she will feel similarly.
