dimples and laundry

oh my darling baby girl...i cannot for the life of me figure out why i have not been in love with your adorable little dimples from the moment i saw you! it's like they've appeared out of nowhere. maybe it's because you're putting on more weight, but that one right to the left of your mouth? it melts my heart multiple times a day. really, if there's ever something you want, just flash that beautiful dimple in my face, it'll be yours in a heartbeat!

as i was folding layla's laundry this morning, i suddenly realized how small the clothes are. it's happening already: she's outgrowing the first round of clothes (the newborn size). and the thought crossed my mind...what in the world will i do with these clothes this time around? with kaia it was relatively easy because we planned on having another child, but now we're not. and i can imagine it's going to be pretty difficult to get rid of all this stuff for good as layla outgrows it.
